We are Mountain Medical Arts just off Burnsville Town Square. Historic circa 1900 construction. CBA re-did the street-facing siding and trim, which was rotten. See for yourselves, the outcome is GORGEOUS! We are continually getting compliments on the facelift of the building. These guys LISTENED well and came up with effective, beautiful fixes for very challenging problems. A shout out to Omero, who was brilliant at figuring out how to make a wonky unlevel triangle (gable end) APPEAR level. This is no small feat! There were NO level or plumb angles on this old building for these guys to work with and they pulled it off beautifully! The painting was subbed to Chapina – those guys were TIRELESS in their pursuit of smooth clean surfaces to paint. The effortful sanding paid off, and it is a fabulous outcome! We have paint that sticks for the first time in probably 50 years! Thanks to everyone involved in the job. Well done!

After working with our architect to design our dream mountain home, we interviewed several builders in the Asheville and Burnsville, NC areas. We had been looking for a mountain home for several months when we saw a house that we liked very much on Apple Mountain in Spruce Pine. Before we made an offer on the property, we wanted to have an architect assess whether or not we could open up several small spaces to give us a large welcoming family area. My wife Susan and I contracted with CBA Construction to demo our old log cabin and build us our 3800 square foot “dream home” on the banks of Cattail Creek, in the Pensacola Community of Yancey County. Our architect recommended Crowder, Banks and Associates since they had pleased many of his former clients with their work.
