After working with our architect to design our dream mountain home, we interviewed several builders in the Asheville and Burnsville, NC areas. Randy took us out to several homes that CBA had built or renovated, and it was his enthusiasm and care that won us over. At each home, Randy pointed out innovative details his construction and design teams had implemented to fit homeowners’ unique styles and needs. We wanted that same care given to our home and appreciated that we could fully customize every detail instead of picking from a catalog of options. Morgan and Randy provided suggestions and helped guide our choices, but ultimately, we had full creative control. We also trusted, from seeing CBA’s past projects, that their team would help bring our vision to fruition. The end product is everything we wanted: A quality-built home that is clean and modern but inviting and comfortable. We are thrilled with our house and CBA’s quality of the work and attention to detail.
