Our architect recommended Crowder, Banks and Associates since they had pleased many of his former clients with their work. From our first meeting with Edwin and Randy, we were impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and experience. Due to the pandemic and their current work load, we were unable to begin for several months, but once we got started, their subcontractors worked consistently to complete the job.

We were impressed by the high quality of the tradespeople’s work and the overall attention to detail displayed by everyone who worked on the job. After move in, our punch list was cleared quickly and efficiently. We have now lived in our home a little over a year, and we are even happier with it as time goes by. 

After Hurricane Helene, we were without power for over 4 months, only running our generator part time each day. Despite single digit temperatures at night, our home never dropped more than a few degrees inside. We felt very blessed to be living in a home built with such care and quality. 

While our home was being built, we were out of state and unable to visit frequently. It is rare under those conditions for homeowners to be as happy with the final product as we are. This was largely due to the excellent communication that is a hallmark of their work. They built relationships with us and became some of our first friends in the area.
